The mission of The Diagnostic & Treatment Center is to touch lives by providing affordable, state-of-the-art healthcare through highly skilled professionals.

Following is a brief summary of the benefits in which you may be eligible to participate at The Diagnostic & Treatment Center:

  • Health Insurance - You will have the option of choosing between multiple comprehensive health insurance plans. The Diagnostic & Treatment Center generously supplements the cost of the health insurance with employees contributing a limited portion of the premiums. Health insurance is effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Retirement Benefits - The Diagnostic & Treatment Center offers a 401(k) plan with a match of 100 percent on the first five percent deferred by an employee, made on a per-pay-period basis, with no vesting schedule. Participation in the 401(k) plan begins on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. There is also a discretionary profit sharing component of the 401(k) plan; the entry date is the first of the month following two years of employment, and there is no vesting schedule. The company, at its discretion, will contribute three percent of an employee’s eligible wages into the 401(k) plan as a profit sharing contribution. The contribution is made on a per-pay-period basis.
  • Paid Time Off - The Diagnostic & Treatment Center has a Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, with PTO being used for vacation, sick, or any other time-off needs employees may have. PTO begins accruing immediately upon hire and can be used as soon as it is earned.
  • Dental Insurance - A broad dental plan is offered at a very reasonable cost to employees, with The Diagnostic & Treatment Center paying a large portion of the cost of the insurance. Dental insurance is effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Flexible Spending Plans - We offer healthcare reimbursement and dependent care reimbursement plans, both effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Holidays - The Diagnostic & Treatment Center normally observes seven holidays each year, with employees being eligible for holiday pay immediately upon hire.
  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance - The Diagnostic & Treatment Center provides both life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance at no cost to employees. Also offered is voluntary life insurance for the employee, spouse, and dependents. Coverage begins on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Insurances - Both short-term disability and long-term disability insurances are provided to employees and paid for entirely by The Diagnostic & Treatment Center. Disability insurance is effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • Vision Insurance - Employees have the option of purchasing voluntary vision insurance. Participation is effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
