Heart, Lung and Vascular Testing

The Diagnostic & Treatment Center Heart, Lung and Vascular Testing department provides a wide range of diagnostic cardiac, pulmonary and vascular services.

The diagnostic services include EKG, Holter and Event Recorder monitoring (heart rhythm monitoring), Echocardiography and Diagnostic Vascular studies (detection of blood clots; blood flow abnormalities, etc.), Transesophageal Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiography, Stress Nuclear testing, Tilt Table studies and Pulmonary Function testing. The diagnostic equipment is state of the art.

The Heart, Lung and Vascular Testing department is computerized and utilizes systems that allow constant monitoring of the patient. These services are provided through highly skilled professionals, including registered nurses, radiology technologists, cardiovascular technicians, cardiac and vascular sonographers, EKG technicians, certified cardiographic technicians, respiratory therapists and patient coordinators. These professionals have many years of experience in heart, lung and vascular testing and procedures.
